Please be aware of our processing and shipping times. Unless you have contacted us and we have made special arrangements to process your order quicker, all orders will be processed in accordance to our guidelines. If you know that you need your hair by a certain date please place your order early enough to receive it in time. Make a notation in the notes section when placing your order and/or give us a call so that we can make note that you need your order by a certain date.

All of our hair is top quality, 10A grade or higher. You are making an investment that will last over 3 years. We pride ourselves in great customer service, and take care of all of our customers and potential customers with care and respect. Please note that missed phone calls will not be returned if voicemail is not left.

Your payment must first clear before order processing begins. Once payment clears within 24-48 hours, all orders will be processed in the order in which they were received. Orders placed over the weekend do not begin processing until Monday.

The default shipping method is USPS Priority mail which is $10. Priority mail typically takes between 2-3 days for delivery. To receive express mail service or UPS delivery please contact us and we will make arrangements for your special shipping needs via Paypal or Square Cash App.

We do carry lengths or textures that may not be available to purchase online. To make a purchase that is not available through our website please call us to check availability. We can go up to 36 inches but longer lengths may have to be made.

All orders must clear payment first, which takes 24-48 hours. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will not clear until Monday or Tuesday. Orders will then be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. During major sales orders may be delayed up to 3 business days. Yes, our refund period extends to 3 days after receipt of your order. The quality of our product is examined before orders are shipped. Refunds will only be accepted for defective or damaged units. Yes, if properly taken care of during and after installation you will get multiple uses out of our hair. Please take time and head to our care instructions. Please keep in mind that because our hair is human and comes from different donors, your hair products may not perform as well or the same as the last hair purchased from us or from another vendor. Just like our natural reacts differently to hair products, so may our human hair extensions.

Yes, all of our hair can be straightened, but we do not recommend straightening our tighter textured hair. Tightly curled hair is meant to be worn in natural curly styles. Excessive straightening can cause heat damage which will result in pattern loss.

Yes, we recommend that you allow your hair to be dyed by a licensed stylist to ensure that it is applied properly so that you can maximize the life of your hair. Bleach is harsh on any hair, and may alter the texture of hair if bleached very bright. We suggest that you do not bleach any closure and use a less harsh method (such as makeup) to bleach the knots of swiss lace closures.
